The books, technique, and etude examples listed are used to develop a solid pedagogical foundation of technique, music reading ability, musicianship, and artistry. On an individual student basis, the repertoire, etudes, and exercises are used and assigned based on each student’s needs, ability, and performance level. A variety of etudes are used by various composers including Sagreras, Aguado, Sor, Giuliani, Tarrega, Brouwer, Carcassi, Carulli, and Villa-Lobos.
